COMPASSION IS ABLE TO DEFUSE ALL GRIEVANCES
Master Jun Hong Lu: In regard to conflict and estrangement among people, it can never be thoroughly eliminated through worldly approaches, no matter how hard we try. This is because as humans, we only resort to human means, not the wisdom of Bodhisattva. However, the power of compassion is precisely what is needed to defuse all grievances; allowing all results of causes and effects in this human realm to be amicably resolved. Hence, it is said that the light of compassion is able to surpass a thousand words, and fades all resentments and estrangements out into the unseen world.
