Question:
It’s 26 September 2018. Today while I was paying respect to Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and reciting sutras, I saw the statues of Guan Di Bodhisattva, Guan Ping Bodhisattva and Zhou Tsang Bodhisattva radiate a brilliant golden light and the whole Buddhist altar was enveloped by mist. Soon after, I entered into a deep slumber.
While I was in a state of haziness, I stumbled upon the Underworld and saw an enforcement officer. He was wearing clothing that resembled what Arabs wear. He had a small protruding belly, and he had very large eyes (but different from those of normal people). His visage looked powerful and there was a small steel ring dangling from his clothes. I looked around and saw no offenders, but I could see that there was construction work taking place around the area nearby. The environment around was very dark and dull.
In front of me, there was a massive oval object that stood upright, and there was a small hole in the middle. The enforcement officer said, “This is the Underworld’s newly constructed hell. In the Human Realm, there has been circulation about a hell known as the ‘Hell of the Ghost Eye’. In future, it will punish the people who take advantage of online community and social media on the Internet to circulate large quantities of pornographic videos and articles, especially the owners of porn websites. As the Internet is a platform that can spread and circulate information easily and rapidly, the rate of creating negative karma is equally high. These communities and groups on the Internet are causing countless people to descend into the Lower Realms (Evil Paths). That is considered severe negative karma.”
After he finished explaining, he took out his steel ring and threw it towards the hole in the middle of the massive oval object. I realised that the steel ring was the key to activate the Flaming Eye. Not long after, a horizontal seam appeared along the middle of the oval object, which slowly revealed a massive Flaming Eye. Its black pupil fired a huge bright burning light straight at my forehead, which made me close my eyes in fear, but my head felt only slightly hot. I gradually opened my eyes and curiously asked the enforcement officer, “Everything’s fine right? I only feel a bit hot.” The officer replied, “That’s because you do not have negative karma, it’s only that you watched some unwholesome videos before you practised Buddhism. Fortunately, you are repenting and reforming yourself while also reciting sutras and performing meritorious deeds. Otherwise, you would’ve already been checked in at the other hells.” After hearing that, I broke out in a cold sweat.
Soon after, the Flaming Eye began changing its colour to blue, and shot out an uncountable number of silver needles towards me. I closed my eyes in fear, but still a few silver needles penetrated my eyes because they were moving so fast, and the pain made me cry immediately. The pain was excruciating and after 1-2 seconds, the silver needles disappeared.
I was scared out of my wits, and I asked the officer, “I haven’t shared or circulated any unwholesome videos, why am I punished?” He replied, “That’s because you have created karma with your eyes. We at the Underworld are fair in meting out punishment. If you think you are really good, don’t create any karma, and you’ll have nothing to fear even if you’re in hell. Who else can you blame but yourself? It’s only because you’re reciting sutras, repenting and ceasing your unwholesome activities (After learning Buddhism, I told the Bodhisattva that I would no longer watch that kind of unwholesome video or fiction, and I’ve also been reciting the Eighty-eight Buddhas Great Repentance to repent), your negative karma isn’t severe. That’s why it only hurt for 1-2 seconds.”
“A single Flaming Eye can punish a lot of souls. The light would automatically stop only after the unwholesome activities perpetrated by the souls have ceased in the Human Realm (when their porn websites are no longer on the Internet or when their groups have disbanded or vanished.)” When I heard this, I was horrified. It was already unbearable for me for just 1-2 seconds, but those souls would have to experience the pain of burning and penetration by silver needles for such a long time, it truly is terrifying. The officer then retrieved the steel ring, and the Flaming Eye closed and shut itself down. He pointed towards a nearby elevator and said, “You can return to the Human Realm now.”
I hurried towards the elevator and pressed the number “1” like I always did. The door closed, and when it reopened again, I woke up.
May I ask whether the observations in my dream are real?

You can confirm to her that it is real. I have said many times before; you shouldn’t watch any obscene things on the Internet, it’s very troublesome. Many young people who watched these things will be sent to these kinds of hell upon their death. Every single hell was constructed according to the unwholesome deeds that the people in the Human Realm have committed. For whatever sin one commits, there will be a kind of hell related to that sin.
