EACH “HIT” TO A DHARMA PROPAGATION ARTICLE SHARED ON THE INTERNET IS CONSIDERED AN EFFORT IN HELPING OTHERS

Caller: There is a Buddhist friend who uses the internet as a platform to introduce Dharma to others, but less so in person. May I ask if he can use the “hit” rate of the article he posted on the internet to form his vow. In other words, he will vow to introduce Dharma to a specific number of those with a pre-destined affinity to chance upon the article he posted. Is this possible?

Master Jun Hong Lu: That’s for sure. Each “hit” represents a person he has managed to help – no matter who the person may be. The help he extended, be it major or minor, is still considered an act of helping others. Do you understand?
