Caller: Hello, Master Lu! Nowadays, most of our Buddhist practitioners perform the Giving of Dharma online, by sharing Master’s discourses on social media sites like WeChat, QQ, Weibo and so on.
Can they recite Gong De Bao Shan Shen Zhou for such Giving of Dharma?
Master Jun Hong Lu: Yes.
Caller: Oh, then how should we state our prayer request to Guan Yin Bodhisattva?
Master Jun Hong Lu: You may state your prayer request as follows, “I am now performing the Giving of Dharma to all sentient beings, so that they can be freed from sufferings and gain happiness. May Guan Yin Bodhisattva have mercy on me and grant my compassionate wish. I will now recite XX times of Gong De Bao Shan Shen Zhou so that my deeds can be transformed into merits, to eliminate my karmic obstacles or increase my spiritual energy…”
