DISPLAYING THE GREAT COMPASSION MANTRA ON THE WALL OF A LIVING ROOM BRINGS BLESSINGS FROM BODHISATTVA AND DHARMA PROTECTORS INTO EFFECT
Caller: My Buddhist friend is currently renovating his house. He plans to hang a large, framed Great Compassion Mantra in the living room. I would like to ask, what would the best background colour for the mantra be if it has been written in black? Please enlighten us, Master.
Master Jun Hong Lu: It is best to avoid using black as the background colour for the Great Compassion Mantra. However, its calligraphy can be written in black. As for the background colour, both yellow and white are good options.
Caller: Alright. Once it is framed, what should we take note of before hanging it? Does my friend need to recite any mantras or scriptures?
Master Jun Hong Lu: Not much needs to be done. Once it has been hung on the wall, Bodhisattva and Dharma Protectors will visit to offer their compassionate blessings.
Caller: Should he hang it in the living room?
Master Jun Hong Lu: Yes, this is correct.
Caller: Thank you for answering my question Master.< About Fengshui and Metaphysics
