Caller: This is a question on behalf of our Guan Yin Citta practice centre. If the oil lamp has been extinguished while the incense is still burning, are Buddhist friends allowed to make prostrations?

Caller: What about if the oil lamp has been put off and the incense has finished burning, are Buddhist friends still allowed to make prostrations?
