Excerpts from Buddhism in Plain TermsMaster Jun Hong Lu’s Public Talk

What Do We, as Buddhist Practitioners, Need?

WHAT DO WE, AS BUDDHIST PRACTITIONERS, NEED?

Master Jun Hong Lu: If you were an eagle, you could  soar in the sky even if there was no one to applaud for you;

If you were grass, you could grow even if there was no one to love you;

If you were a flower in the deep mountains, you could bloom even if there was no one to appreciate you;

If you were a Buddhist practitioner, you could attain Nirvana in this lifetime even if there was no one to encourage you!
