Knowing Your Priorities Is Key

KNOWING YOUR PRIORITIES IS KEY

Master Jun Hong Lu: Everyone has energy. Whatever you aspire to achieve in life, you must be ready to make the necessary sacrifices. To succeed, your energy must be strong. We should be cautious in all that we do. If you wish for wealth, a high position, or good health, you must to have the energy to achieve it.

Why is that? Some people are so fixated on the pursuit of fame and wealth that once they achieve their goals, their health suddenly deteriorates. Do you know why this happens? This is because they are completely focused on “I must get rich, I must achieve that status, I must be widely known.” The moment they succeed, their thoughts and energy have been almost entirely exhausted on these pursuits. From there, their bodies give out and illness strikes.

Last Saturday, I shared the story of a person who started a company, only to see his health deteriorate within a week. This is because he had completely drained his internal energy through prolonged strain, without even realising it.

Look at many successful people or CEOs of listed companies. On the surface, they may look perfectly happy, but in reality, their energy can no longer sustain their health. By dedicating themselves to money, career, and relationships, they have little left to care for their own bodies, and as a result, their health suffers.

Fear, depression and anxiety can drain your energy rapidly. That’s why it’s essential to ask yourself what truly matters: is it your life or your money? Is it power and status or your own well-being? Many people slave away just to buy a house. Ask yourself: do you want your life or the house? Once you gain clarity, you won’t waste your energy on things that make you unhappy or discouraged.
