A Word of Anger May Cause a Lifetime of Regret

A WORD OF ANGER MAY CAUSE A LIFETIME OF REGRET

Master Jun Hong Lu: As Buddhist practitioner, we should refrain from cursing others. This is especially true for us who perform recitation of the Great Compassion Mantra and the Heart Sutra. We should speak more kind words, for example, wishing others good health and wellness in all aspects of their life, which will in turn help them to draw the positive energies needed to improve their situations. When we scold others, it may seem that we have succeeded in causing others harm, however, thereupon, eternal suffering is what awaits us.
