Recitation of the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance (LIFO): Maximum 79 times.
Offering of Little Houses:
The total number to be offered should not exceed 78. This includes the various types of Little Houses for your karmic creditors, miscarried children, deceased persons who appeared in your dreams or the karmic creditor of your house, and excluding Little Houses offered to others.
Other Buddhas’ or Bodhisattvas’ Birthdays in Year 2021:
Recitation of the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance (LIFO): Maximum 49 times.
Offering of Little Houses:
The total number to be offered should not exceed 49. This includes the various types of Little Houses for your karmic creditors, miscarried children, deceased persons who appeared in your dreams or the karmic creditor of your house, excluding Little Houses offered to others. However, under special circumstances, you may offer up to 69 Little Houses.
21 September 2021 – Mid-Autumn Festival
One may recite the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance no more than 108 times and offer no more than 87 Little Houses (total sum for all different recipients).
