TAKE LECITHIN FOR BETTER MEMORY; SPIRULINA IS RICH IN NUTRIENTS ESSENTIAL FOR HUMAN BODY
Master Jun Hong Lu: Generally, soy lecithin is suitable for everyone, as it is an excellent nutrient which helps to regenerate brain cells and enhance brain capacity.
A person will die when all of his brain cells die, thus, it is extremely beneficial to consume lecithin. Likewise, spirulina is not bad either, it is a green product from nature.
I have been a vegetarian for decades. For a period of time, my eyesight was rather bad, and I felt tired every now and then. One night, I received a message from the Bodhisattva who recommended me to take spirulina. I didn’t really know what it was until the Bodhisattva told me so. Hence, I quickly shared this with all of you. It’s extremely beneficial for vegetarians to consume spirulina as it can supplement our body with various nutrients.
