Caller: Is it better for an elderly person to reserve more Little Houses, or Self-Cultivation Record Forms?
Master Jun Hong Lu: Reserve more Little Houses. Self-Cultivation Record Forms are for emergency use only. It would be similar to getting a traditional Chinese massage for quick relief when we have seriously injured our spine.
When we are reaching the end of our life’s journey, we will need to recite more of the Great Compassion Mantra and Heart Sutra. At this time, we may also offer some of the Self-Cultivation Record Forms.
However, when we aspire to attain a higher spiritual realm, we need to clear our karmic debts, otherwise, we will not be pardoned by our karmic creditors. This is when Little House comes into play.
Caller: That means it is still best to reserve Little Houses.
