ONLY ONE WHO DOES THINGS WITH DILIGENCE WILL SUCCEED
Master Jun Hong Lu: Life is truly pitiable — things can either be smooth-sailing or go awry. Sometimes, one needs to be able to accept circumstances with good will. If we are able to do this, everything will go smoothly; otherwise, we will never be able to feel as though everything is going well.
In fact, life is all about how we feel and I hope that everyone will understand this. In life, we need to have accurate understandings, gain wisdom and comprehend the workings of this world.
Why are we still in this world today? It is because we have made our way to this human realm. I hope that everyone will put in their best effort as a true mind is a cultivated one.
Regardless of the endeavour, one will succeed if they are diligent, and the lack of this quality will bring about constant failure. Therefore as Buddhists, we must know good intentions can transform everything. In fact, we can never change others; we should first work diligently on our self-transformation instead.
