Caller: Master, you have the ability to deeply resonate with others and speak to their hearts, while we struggle to do the same. Please guide us, Master, on how we can gain the skill of making a heartfelt connection with others.
Master Jun Hong Lu: You must understand others’ emotions and be reasonable. Do you know what that entails? It means practising empathy by putting yourself in other people’s shoes, which means you must imagine yourself as them and vice versa. Only then can you effectively communicate and touch someone’s heart.
