DO NOT PERFORM RECITATIONS ALL NIGHT LONG DURING STORMY WEATHER AFTER THE FIRST INCENSE
Question: If it keeps raining heavily on the day which we offer First Incense, are we allowed to perform recitations throughout the night after offering the First Incense?
Answer: It is best not to do so, you must stop reciting by 2am.
