RESOLVING DEPRESSION AND SUICIDAL TENDENCIES
Question: We have come across many cases of children with depressive disorder and suicidal tendencies. How shall we help resolve this problem?
Answer: Depression and suicidal tendencies are a sign that there is foreign spirit on one’s body. and the solution is to recite Little Houses to help these foreign spirits ascend to a higher spiritual realm. It can be resolved quickly if the spirits are the small ones. However, bigger foreign spirits would require a sizable amount of Little Houses, coupled with the recitation of the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance.
Why do you think a foreign spirit would occupy one’s body? This person must have been indebted to the foreign spirit in his past life, and there are karmic grievances between them. Such negative affinities must be resolved. The amount of Little Houses required would correspond with the depth of their karmic grievances. Serious karmic grievance would require the person to recite a significant amount of Little Houses.
