Master Jun Hong Lu: The fewer negative personality traits a person has, the better his destiny will be. The more negative personality traits a person has, the worse his destiny will be. Those who wish to change their destiny must first rectify their personality traits as those are the roots of all sufferings. A wise person is one who tries to reveal his/her own problems, rather than those of others.
