ADOPT THE MIDDLE WAY AND SEE THINGS AS THEY TRULY ARE
Master Jun Hong Lu: Buddhism is hardly pessimistic. Rather it encourages us to take the Middle Way. To adopt this path means to see things as they truly are, face life truthfully and never to deceive oneself or attempt to evade – this is the essence of the Middle Way.
