CONSEQUENCES OF DELAYING THE RECITATION OF LITTLE HOUSE DESPITE KNOWING THE EXISTENCE OF KARMIC CREDITORS
Caller: What would happen to a Buddhist friend, who is aware of the existence of his karmic creditors – based on experiences of being pinned down by foreign spirits, or through his dreams – but keeps delaying the recitation of Little House, or performs the recitation at a very slow pace. Clearly, his karmic creditors would be annoyed. In such a case, besides requiring even more Little Houses, what are the other potential serious consequences?
Master Jun Hong Lu: There will be major consequences. Firstly, the number of Little Houses required will be increased. Secondly, if the foreign spirit becomes infuriated especially when you are heavily karmically indebted to him, he may drag you to the underworld. You will hence experience cramps or even fall seriously ill.
Caller: I see. The reason I asked is because there I have a Buddhist friend, who is aware of the existence of his karmic creditors, but he keeps holding off the recitation, by giving all sorts of excuses. I understand now, thank you Master Lu.
