RECITE ‘777’ FOR INVITING ONE OF THE TWO SAME BODHISATTVA IMAGES OFF THE ALTAR
Question: On our Buddhist altar, we placed a ceramic statue and a portrait of Guan Yin Bodhisattva, both from 2OR. Now, we are thinking of relocating the portrait. In this regard, which mantras/sutras do we need to recite and how many Little Houses should we offer?
Answer: Little House may not be required. You may recite seven times each of the Great Compassion Mantra, the Heart Sutra and the Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance respectively.
