WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM ‘QI’ DEFICIENCY (LACK OF ENERGY)?

Caller: Master, for fellow practitioners who are lacking in energy or ‘qi’, what food do you recommend them?

Master Jun Hong Lu: If you are lacking in energy or ‘qi’, taking more Lingzhi (Ganoderma Lucidum) will benefit you; American Ginseng works well too. Boil the ginseng in a pot of soup with the addition of Chinese wolfberry, red dates, snow fungus, lotus seeds and black fungus. Such soup is especially beneficial for smoothening the flow of qi.

Another solution will be taking deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose with your mouth shut. After taking a deep breath, slowly release the breath from your mouth. Do this 10 times per set. And do it thrice a day. This will guarantee great improvements in your level of energy or ‘qi’.
