Master Jun Hong Lu: If a ringtone is causing you anxiety or irritation every day, the stimulus to the brain often results in an exhausted cortex.
Caller: What about its high and low pitches?
Master Jun Hong Lu: If you are musically illiterate, you may simply choose something you enjoy listening to. However, try to avoid any ringtone that is of a descending pitch as it may suggest things are going downhill.
