Master Jun Hong Lu: Let me tell you, if you wish to lead a happy life, practise Buddhism; if you wish to lead a blessed life, learn to be contented; if you wish to be worry-free, do not contend with others; if you wish for an unhindered mind, learn to give and you shall then be free from calamities.
